Getting started
What is Execra in one sentence?
Execra is the execution OS for operations-heavy businesses: an event-action-outcome UI that replaces chat-first workflow with a stream of discrete events, the actions Execra took on each, and the outcomes that resulted — with full attribution.
How long does it take to get running?
Signup to first actionable event feed: under 15 minutes. The 5-step Wizard handles data-source connection, workflow selection, autonomy policy, team invites, and review. You can observe Execra in Observe mode with zero commitment, then dial autonomy up as you build trust.
Do I need to change my existing tools?
No. Execra observes and acts on top of your existing stack. We integrate with the tools you already use for scheduling, billing, CRM, and comms — we don't replace them. Supported integrations expand continuously; most customers are live within a week.
Autonomy dial
What are the 4 autonomy tiers?
- Observe — Execra watches events, shows you what it would do, takes no action.
- Suggest — Execra queues actions for your approval. Nothing executes without a human click.
- Act-with-Approval — Execra executes low-risk actions immediately; high-risk actions require approval. You define the threshold per workflow.
- Fully Autonomous — Execra executes all actions without approval, logs everything, and escalates on anomalies.
Each workflow has its own tier. Start conservative per workflow, increase as trust grows.
Can I override autonomy mid-flight?
Yes — flip any workflow back to Observe or Suggest instantly from the Workflows page. Every autonomy change is recorded in the PolicyLog audit trail with timestamp, actor, and reason.
Attribution ledger
How does attribution work?
Every action Execra takes links to the event that triggered it and the outcome it produced. When the outcome has measurable business value (recovered revenue, avoided cost, time saved), the Credit column assigns credit percentages between the human operator, Execra, and any connected systems that contributed. Default split: 100% Execra when fully autonomous, 50/50 when a human approved, custom rules configurable.
Can I export the attribution ledger?
Yes. CSV export is on every Attribution page with date-range + workflow filters. For recurring reports, subscribe to weekly attribution emails from your account settings.
Event model
What counts as an event?
Anything that happens in your connected systems: a booking, a cancellation, a payment failure, a customer message, a threshold breach, a scheduled trigger. Every event gets a timestamp, a source, a classification, and context. You see them all in the Feed.
Can I create custom events?
Yes — via webhook or API. Send JSON to your tenant's event ingress URL (shown in Setup after Wizard completion). Execra's integration engineers can help map your custom events to standard workflows.
Integrations
What do you integrate with today?
Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Xero, Zapier, major scheduling and POS platforms. New integrations ship roughly monthly; if yours isn't on the list, request it via the CloudFran developer portal.
Billing
How does pricing work?
See the Execra Pricing page. Most customers land on our mid-tier plan with volume-based event pricing after a set baseline. Billing is monthly via Stripe; annual discount available.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
Execra will notify you when you hit 80% / 100% / 120% of your plan's event count. Overage billing applies at the rate shown in your plan. You can upgrade or set a hard cap from the Billing section.
Security
What's your security posture?
Data encrypted at rest (Azure Blob with customer-managed keys optional on Enterprise) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). SOC 2 Type II audit in progress; evidence available on request. HIPAA BAA available for healthcare tenants. RBAC with least-privilege defaults. Full audit log via PolicyLog.
What about patents / IP?
Execra's autonomy dial, cross-product attribution ledger, and cross-tenant signal optimization are patent-pending. Internal ML logic is not exposed publicly; what you see in the UI is the public-surfaced behavior.
