Your monthly invoice includes: base subscription fee + any order overage charges. The Billing page shows your current usage against included orders, with a visual progress bar. Invoices are processed through Stripe and available for download.

Visit the Billing page and select a higher tier. The change takes effect immediately. You'll be prorated for the remaining billing period. Upgrading from Starter to Growth unlocks Deliverect middleware access (40+ POS systems).

Growth and Enterprise plans include Deliverect middleware at no additional charge — the cost is absorbed into your subscription. Starter plan merchants using only Square and DoorDash have no middleware costs. This follows the same model used by major platforms like GrubHub.
