Each platform has a dedicated webhook endpoint (e.g., /Omnitopia/Webhooks/Square). Configure your POS to send order events to these URLs. Webhooks are validated using HMAC signatures when webhook secrets are configured. All processed webhooks are deduplicated.

The primary API endpoint is POST /Omnitopia/Api/Inject for order injection. Send a UMS (Universal Menu System) object and specify the target POS. The routing engine can automatically select the lowest-cost platform when targetSystem is set to 'auto'.

Deliverect acts as middleware between Omnitopia and 40+ POS systems. After connecting via the Connect page, Deliverect handles menu sync, order routing, and status updates. One integration gives you access to every major POS system.
