Delivery Fee Management
How do included deliveries work? ▶
CloudFran doesn't run its own fleet — we
orchestrate delivery, routing each order to our third-party driver network (national & local courier partners) or to your own drivers. Each plan ships with a monthly allotment of included deliveries at zero per-delivery cost:
- Starter — 100 included deliveries/mo
- Professional — 500 included deliveries/mo
- Enterprise — 1,500 included deliveries/mo
What happens when I exceed my included deliveries? ▶
Beyond your monthly allotment, each additional delivery is billed at a flat per-extra-delivery rate that improves as you move up tiers:
- Starter: $4.50 per extra delivery
- Professional: $3.95 per extra delivery
- Enterprise: $3.50 per extra delivery
The per-delivery fee passes through from our courier-network partners — no markup surprises.
How delivery is fulfilled: CloudFran orchestrates delivery rather than operating its own fleet — every order is routed to a third-party driver network (or your own drivers), whichever is fastest and cheapest for that drop. Deliveries inside your monthly allotment carry no per-delivery charge; the per-extra fee above applies only beyond it.
