Delivery Fee Management
How do delivery fee allocations work? ▶
Each plan includes monthly delivery fee subsidies that you can apply to customer orders to offer free or discounted delivery:
- Starter — 0 allocations (customers pay delivery fees)
- Growth — 20 allocations per month
- Pro — 50 allocations per month
What happens when I exceed my allocations? ▶
You can purchase additional allocations at tiered overage rates:
- 1-25 overages: $1.99 each
- 26-100 overages: $1.49 each
- 101+ overages: $0.99 each
Platform orders: Orders placed through the GhostChef platform use platform-managed drivers at no delivery cost to CloudFran. The allocation system only applies when you subsidize delivery for customers as a marketing incentive.
