Troubleshooting
Storefront not loading ▶
Check that provisioning completed successfully. Look for the health check status in GhostChef Dashboard. If provisioning failed, the ARC Dashboard will show the flagged step.
Orders not coming through ▶
Verify the ordering pipeline is active and Stripe Connect is linked. Check /GhostChef/Dashboard for pipeline status indicators.
Menu changes not reflecting ▶
Menu updates sync within 2 minutes. Hard refresh the storefront (Ctrl+Shift+R) if changes don't appear. Check that items are marked as "Available" in the Menu Manager.
AI Command Center not generating recommendations ▶
The system needs at least 7 days of order data to generate meaningful pricing and demand insights. If you have sufficient data, check that the AI Command Center add-on is active on your account.
