What is the AI Command Center add-on? ▶
The AI Command Center is a $99/mo add-on available on any plan. It includes Smart Pricing (AI-optimized menu pricing), Demand Forecasting (predict order volume), and Auto-Review Defense (AI-generated review responses). Typical ROI: $700-1,200/mo value. Margins run 95-97%.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? ▶
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. If you downgrade from Growth/Pro to Starter, any brands beyond the first will be deactivated (not deleted) until you upgrade again.
